"I am the rainmaker, the lister, the negotiator, and the manager of the Brian Maecker Team. I have been a REALTOR® for over 20 years and have had the team concept since 1992. Howard Brinton and Star Power have influenced my career to astronomical heights. My team has sold over 2,800 homes in our 20 years. I have earned the Re/Max Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, and Circle of Legends Awards. For the last 8 years, The Brian Maecker Team has led El Paso County in Unit Sales."

Brian enjoys spending his spare time with his wife Susan and his two sons, Ryan and Evan. He is an avid golfer and has a 3rd Degree Black Belt with Universal Kempo Karate. He has also coached baseball every spring for the last 14 years.

Stephani Schmidt, Closing Manager

Stephani was born and raised in a Kansas farming community and has been working in the Customer Service industry since the age of eleven. She was employed at the local True Value Hardware store and was Department Manager for 10 years. She moved to Colorado Springs in the winter of 1988, where she waited tables and worked at True Value and Bally’s US Swim and Fitness until she was employed by Re/Max Properties in 1992 and hired by Brian Maecker in 1993.

Stephani is married to Kirk, and they have two girls ages 9 and 3. She is active with her daughters’ school and is a Girl Scout Leader in their Troop. Since being on the Maecker Team, she has performed every job except for Brian’s himself. She has settled on Closing Manager for now and takes clients through every real estate step, from contract to closing. Stephani says that keeping the clients informed is the #1 rule.

Tony Deppe, Buyer Specialist, Listing Assistant

Tony is Brian Maecker’s buyer specialist and listing assistant and has been with the team for five years.  He has also been a licensed REALTOR® for seven years and absolutely loves his job:

“The most rewarding thing I can do in my professional life is to help people realize their dreams when they thought it was impossible. I have two amazing sons, Drew and Ty, that are my motivation.”

Tony’s goal is to someday have his sons work with him in the real estate business.

“I am a big family man and enjoy spending as much time as possible with them.”

He is a huge Broncos fan, an avid snowboarder and very much enjoys the outdoors. He is also a certified sommelier and really enjoys wine and cooking. Tony says his goal is to specialize in each individual client and provide them the best service possible.

Stacey Bell, Listing Coordinator

Stacey has been in the customer service industry for well over 20 years. She is the office manager/property manager for the Brian Maecker Team and attends to day-to-day business and support for REALTORS®. She has been with the Team since 2004 and is the first contact to handle any situation or real estate need. Stacey is the property manager for some client homes and rentals, and she runs the offside sales office while coordinating internet and client follow up.

In her spare time, Stacey likes to read, shop, hike, and play sports. She is also a proud mother of two children.

Liane Parker, Buyer Specialist

Liane works as a buyer specialist for the Maecker Team. She has been a licensed REALTOR® for nine years with the first three years working in Anchorage, Alaska. She moved back home to Colorado Springs in 2002 and has been working with buyers in the area since that time.

“I truly care about my clients and I am committed to finding the perfect home for them. It is such a rewarding feeling to hand my clients the keys to their new home knowing new lifelong memories will be made there.”

Liane grew up in Colorado Springs with her three brothers playing outside and always involved in sports. Her father was Air Force and her family was transferred to Anchorage, Alaska when she was 17. She feels blessed to be back in “the Springs.”

“I spent my childhood outside! I wanted my three children to have the same opportunities so I decided it was time to leave Anchorage and come back to ‘the Springs.’ We build new memories everyday! Our home is our sanctuary... I work hard to make my home a warm and welcoming place to be and I want my clients to have the chance to make their new home their dream home as well.”
