We decided to relocate and sell our home at one of the most inopportune times, September 2008. The housing market was flooded with homes for sale and the stock market was steadily declining.
Brian helped us price our home to make it very marketable, which we know was a crucial part in selling our home as quickly as it did. Then Stacey made sure we had the fliers and was advertised in all the right places. Within five weeks we were under contract and Stephani took over the contract and closing process.
The team made the entire process seem effortless. From beginning to close, we had a wonderful experience thanks to the Maecker team. They were always there ready to answer any questions we had along the way.
